Avoid! Stressed and disappointed.

Breakfast was ok.

Avoid elevator! It got stuck! We had to wait for emergency services to let us out! Rooms very small and not very clean. We did not have the credit card with us, which the reservation was made with, so the man in reception did not want to let us stay, althrough deposit was already made, so I had to call to home to take a picture of card and send it to me.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. Staff very friendly. Beautiful room. Fantastic bathroom. Parking was great. We had a terras. And extremely cheap...

There is not 1 thing we didn't like! All was just absolutely perfect.

Very nice location, city centrum u can reach in 15min by walk :) very silent place, extremely comfortable bed , and very friendly and helpful stuff . Highly recommend;)

Worst night ever

Breakfast was really bad! Poor choices and nothing was cold despite the high temperature. Food wasn’t refilled... shower was with mold and not cleaned, we hadn’t had towels in the room. The bed was terrible and the matrass was even worse. Alot of noise from outside and you can hear other people take a shower when u sleep staff wasn’t friendly.. dont’t recommand it at all

Manage to reserve a parking with the hotel which is on a pedestrian street. Very good location. Room are small but functional. Very affordable during low season.

Fridge did not work. Toilet flush was fix by myself

Great location, shame about the hotel

the location and the cleanliness of the room. Very friendly cleaner

The room -the bed was against the wall which meant it was very difficult to get in and out - I was trapped by the window. Also we asked for a room with a balcony and got a ground floor which was noisy. Decor was very dated with exposed pipes in bathroom and base of bed was torn. The shampoo / body gel was cheap

First time Granada visit

Hotel is in city center and decent room conditions with comfortable bed.

Lady in reception was amazing, friendly very nice. but later days they switch with very arrogant and rude guy. While payment we want to see how much he put on credit card machine, he said check what booking.com reservation write to you, I will not tell you how much I will charge untill you pay. Then last day we wanted to have breakfast 5-10 min than before as we need to live by 8.00, he said breakfast starts 8 and he will not make any help to us for getting it few min before. I asked than money back for breakfast, his answer was get it from booking.com. he was like hating us because we use booking.com.

What was the highlight of OYO Hotel Boutique Reina Mora

Hotel great location however the room was extremely disappointing. I wouldn't return.

It was a warm welcome at reception and we were shown where to park the car. We were also given a map and advised on the sights in the city.

Our room was on the ground floor next to reception. Although we were assured the room was not noisy as it wasn't a through fair during the evening for cars it was used by people. We were unable to open our curtains without dropping the blinds down fully as people could see in as they walked past. This resulted in the room being very dark and it was very small too. The double bed was directly under the window and the room was so small I couldn't walk around the bed and there was only one bedside table. Reception had a sliding door which was also noisy during the night as guests returned to the hotel. We were also able to hear all the water draining down the pipes from other rooms day or night, toilets flushing and showers. All in all it was not value for money.
